I had an excellent experience here! I came in for a windshield replacement and unfortunately the replaced windshield had a defect that was only noticeable while driving. Craig was very understanding and got a new windshield on for me quickly, he even cleaned my car for me because of the trouble! Night before last, my car (and several neighbors’ cars) was broken into and the driver-side windows were smashed. I called Carriage Glass and Detail, and they were able to get a replacement window for my car by 1:45 PM the same day. They also told me not to worry about cleaning up the glass—and they meant it. They removed all the broken glass, including from inside the door and vents, and had my car ready for pickup by 4:20 PM. Drop-off and pickup were both quick and easy. Craig was incredibly accommodating and empathetic during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
