I’ve taken my car in twice to get chips in the windshield repaired, and both times he has been efficient and gracious. The first time, because I was curious, he let me watch and walked me through the whole process, describing what he was doing as he did it without a hint of condescension - just truly friendly & wanting me to understand - which is so rare to experience as a woman at a car repair place! The second time, he repaired not just one chip but two for the price of one, given how close they were together, and also took time to buff out some scraped paint along the side of my car - all for free.
